Role Description The Outgoing Tourism Operator is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing international travel programs for individuals and groups. The role ensures high-quality travel services including itinerary planning, booking arrangements, customer support, and coordination with international suppliers to deliver exceptional travel experiences.
Role Description Develop and organize outbound travel packages and itineraries for individuals and groups. Coordinate with international suppliers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies. Negotiate rates and secure competitive travel deals. Handle booking procedures, confirmations, and travel documentation. Provide professional travel consultation and recommendations to clients. Assist clients with visa processes, travel insurance, and required travel documents. Monitor and manage travel arrangements before and during the trip. Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies efficiently. Prepare periodic reports on bookings, sales, and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer service excellence.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).1–3 years of experience in outbound tourism or travel services. Strong knowledge of international destinations and tourism markets. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage). Experience using global reservation systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre). Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
