- Handle end-to-end recruitment for production, packing, and factory workers.
- Source candidates from multiple channels (field recruitment, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes with operations teams.

- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Proven experience in mass hiring or blue-collar recruitment.Ability to recruit large numbers from different areas.Strong communication and coordination skills.Willingness to work in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.
