  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the preschool, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote the preschool’s values and culture to prospective candidates, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
