  • Prepare and follow up the periodic and preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with production department.
  • Review maintenance records and prepare spare parts purchase orders.  
  • Monitoring the performance of all machines to ensure the efficiency of operations. 
  • Maintain all emergencies and routine stoppage.
  • Maintaining company buildings/Facilities whenever needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as reliability-centered maintenance, process optimization, and cost reduction efforts.
  • Motivate team members and promote teamwork.
  • Report all Mechanical failures and their corrective actions and root cause analysis. 
  • Prepare requested reports on operational activities and maintenance progress.
  • Ensuring that all quality and Safety systems are in place to ensure the production of the products that are in line Company standards.
