  • Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor production processes, workflows, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks or issues.
  • Analyze production data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
  • Support the introduction of new products and processes into manufacturing lines.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and production operators.
