Senior Sales Representative – Real Estate

Job Description

Work within a real estate brokerage company, responsible for selling residential units including villas and apartments of various types to qualified clients, and achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Handle the full sales cycle from lead follow-up, site visits, negotiations, and closing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

Conduct professional site tours and client presentations.

Maintain accurate client data and pipeline updates on the CRM system.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Director, Marketing, Contracts, and Customer Service).

Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitors in October, Sheikh Zayed, and Hadayek October.

Represent the company professionally in sales events and exhibitions.

Job Requirements

2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven experience in selling residential units (villas and apartments).
Strong knowledge of the October, Sheikh Zayed, and West Cairo market.
