We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our existing sales team in the perfumes and cosmetics division. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the existing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the perfumes and cosmetics sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, in the industry of perfumes and cosmetics is a PLUS.BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field is a PLUS.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze sales data and market trends.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
