Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Giza for French Speakers with a B2 proficiency level. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving concerns efficiently in the French language. Day-to-day duties involve handling customer communications via phone, email, or chat, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the services. Training will be provided to align new team members with RAYA CX's operational standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in written and spoken French at a B2 level or higher. Effective communication skills, including active listening and clear, concise responses. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address customer inquiries effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and goals. Previous experience in customer service or BPO roles is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
