We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist who will manage the URTECH website and optimize our marketplace presence, particularly on Amazon and Noon. This strategic role requires a data-analytical mindset combined with strong execution capabilities to maximize sales performance, enhance product visibility, and strengthen our brand position in competitive digital marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Marketplace Management
· Manage and optimize the URTECH direct-to-consumer website, ensuring optimal user experience, conversion rates, and SEO performance
· Develop and execute URTECH's comprehensive marketplace strategy across Amazon, Noon, and other relevant platforms
· Manage and continuously optimize product listings with SEO-focused content that drives discoverability and conversion
· Create and maintain premium A+ Content/Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) that effectively showcases URTECH's value proposition.
Performance Marketing & Advertising
· Design, implement, and optimize targeted PPC campaigns across marketplace platforms to maximize ROI
· Monitor and analyze key advertising metrics including ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS
· Develop strategic bidding strategies to capitalize on high-value keywords and customer search patterns.
Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization
· Collaborate with Supply Chain team to implement effective inventory management systems that prevent stockouts
· Analyze sales trends and seasonality to support accurate demand forecasting
· Coordinate seamlessly with Amazon FBA & Noon Fulfilled services to ensure optimal product availability
Competitive Intelligence & Strategic Pricing
· Conduct regular competitive analysis against key players in the premium tech accessories market to identify opportunities
· Develop and implement sophisticated pricing models with advanced knowledge of price elasticity, margin optimization, and market positioning
· Execute dynamic pricing strategies across website and marketplaces that balance profitability with competitive positioning
· Strategically plan and execute promotional campaigns, including Lightning Deals and special offers to drive sales velocity
Analytics & Performance Reporting
· Monitor and analyze all critical marketplace KPIs: CTR, conversion rates, BSR, unit session percentage
· Develop comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
· Identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven optimizations across all marketplace channels
Brand Reputation & Customer Experience
· Manage customer reviews and ratings to maintain exceptional brand reputation
· Collaborate with Customer Support to ensure seamless shopping experiences and resolution processes
· Identify product improvement opportunities based on customer feedback.
Skills
Requirements
· 3+ years of proven experience managing product listings and growth strategies on Amazon and Noon marketplaces
· Demonstrated track record of increasing sales volume and improving conversion rates in e-commerce environments
· Advanced knowledge of marketplace SEO principles, keyword optimization, and PPC campaign management
· Proficiency with e-commerce analytics tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics)
· Experience managing marketplace seller accounts (Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab)
· Advanced understanding of pricing strategy and competitive pricing models in e-commerce
· Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience specifically with consumer electronics or tech accessories in Middle Eastern marketplaces
· Working knowledge of additional regional marketplaces (Jumia, Carrefour, Souq)
· Experience with brand protection tools and intellectual property management
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
