- Administer the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
- Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support all employees with day-to-day HR inquiries, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Monitor compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Manage social and medical insurance.
- Continuously improve employee benefits: loan programs, social activities, and other perks.
- Support in job design, job levelling, job description and organization development.
- Manage employee education and track training progress.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
