Help Desk & Technical Support :-

  • Provide IT support to employees via phone, email, and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain IT service quality and user satisfaction.
     

System Monitoring & Preventive Maintenance :-

  • Monitor servers, networks, and systems to ensure performance, availability, and security.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and scheduled backups.
  • Proactively identify potential system failures and risks.
     

Asset Management :-

  • Maintain and update the IT assets inventory.
  • Track asset movement and assignment between employees and departments.
     

Network & System Management :-

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and systems.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and secure authentication.
     

Project Collaboration & Documentation :-

  • Support the implementation of new systems and software solutions.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation for systems, processes, and changes.
  • Assist in system testing, provide feedback, and support quality assurance activities.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
     

Security & Compliance :-

  • Ensure systems and applications are up to date with security patches.
  • Monitor potential security threats and escalate incidents as required.
  • Support compliance with internal IT policies and regulatory requirements.
