Job Description:• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.• Negotiate and close deals with international clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.• Coordinate with international offices and partners to facilitate smooth business operations.• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market analysis, and project progress.• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements.• Contribute to the development of the company’s international business strategy.• Ensure all business activities comply with local and international regulations.• Identify and mitigate risks associated with international business operations to find opportunities for us as leads.• Working closely with the marketing team to optimize the results.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.• Target achiever.• Experienced in cold calling, networking, sales presentations, negotiation, closing deals in advertising• Great interpersonal & leadership skills.• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
