5 working days per week
2 days off (Friday on rotation + one weekday)
Working hours: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM including a one-hour break
Hybrid model:
3 days on-site at the assigned branch
2 days online (remote)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to manage customer communication, convert leads into active subscriptions, and ensure a fast and professional customer experience across all channels.

The role requires strong ownership, decision-making ability, and commitment to immediate response during working hours, while operating through a centralized digital platform that manages sales, students, schedules, and operations.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Respond immediately to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Messenger, phone calls, and in-branch visits during working hours.
Present chess programs clearly and confidently to parents and students.
Convert leads into paid subscriptions and track progress through the company platform.
Follow up consistently with interested leads until closure.
Achieve and maintain assigned sales targets.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer, student, and company data accessed through the platform or communication channels.
Recommend suitable programs based on customer needs and company guidelines.
Submit a weekly report summarizing sales performance and common customer complaints.
Customer Support Responsibilities

Handle customer questions, issues, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with coaches and management through the platform to resolve issues.
Support parents and students before and after enrollment.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
On-site & Administrative Responsibilities

Work on-site at specific branches as scheduled.
Support branch operations during on-site days (registrations, follow-ups, quality checks).
Maintain accurate records and updates on the company platform.
Provide clear feedback and reports to management.

Authority & Decision-Making

Authorized to make daily operational decisions related to sales and customer handling.
Ability to resolve standard issues independently within company policies.
Escalate complex or critical cases when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required
Strong communication skills in Arabic and good English.
Professional appearance and presentable demeanor.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
High sense of responsibility and ownership.
Ability to work across multiple locations.
Comfortable using digital platforms and online tools.
Ability to commute between company branches and work on-site at different locations if required.  
Must have a personal laptop with good performance and stable internet connection.
Experience in Sales, Customer Support in education, academies, or child-focused services is a plus.

Ability to commit to immediate response to customers during working hours.
Ability to commit to work schedules during peak seasons, with limited leave availability during high-demand periods. Annual leave is scheduled during specific times of the year.
Organized, disciplined, and target-driven.
High level of integrity and commitment to data privacy and confidentiality.
Able to work both online and on-site without supervision.

Compensation

Fixed salary + daily on-site attendance allowance + monthly performance bonus (separate from sales commission).
Commission based on a percentage of total sales upon achieving targets
