  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Manage service contracts, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely completion of outsourced maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and implement energy management strategies to optimize resource usage and reduce operational costs.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment inventories.
  • Assist in planning and executing facility upgrades, renovations, and space reconfigurations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and other departments as needed.
