We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our 25 Food & Beverage branches. This role requires a professional with a strong background in the F&B industry, preferably with experience in bubble tea (boba) or similar beverage concepts, who can ensure that all branches operate efficiently, consistently, and at the highest standard.
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, improving processes, and maintaining excellent customer service across all branches. You will work closely with branch managers, staff, and other departments to ensure operational goals are met, resources are optimized, and brand standards are maintained.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement while fostering a positive work environment.
