We are looking for a results-oriented Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist who will develop and execute URTECH's content strategy across social media platforms, email marketing, and digital campaigns. This role requires exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, a data-driven approach to content performance, and hands-on experience managing paid advertising budgets.
Social Media Management
• Manage and grow URTECH's presence across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok) with platform-specific strategies
• Create and publish engaging, on-brand content that showcases URTECH's products and technological innovation
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, and industry events
• Monitor social trends and implement innovative approaches to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Content Creation & Strategy
• Craft compelling copy for social media posts, newsletters, and digital campaigns that highlight product features and benefits
• Develop a consistent brand voice and messaging strategy across all content channels
• Create professional product-focused content that effectively communicates URTECH's unique value proposition and premium positioning
• Work with technical teams to translate complex product specifications into consumer-friendly content.
Email Marketing & Newsletters
• Design, write, and distribute regular newsletters to URTECH's customer base with product updates, industry insights, and promotions
• Segment audience and create targeted email campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion
• Analyze newsletter performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize content strategy based on data insights
• Maintain and grow URTECH's email subscriber list through strategic lead generation initiatives
Paid Advertising & Media Buying
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
• Manage monthly advertising budgets of $5,000–$20,000 with accountability for ROAS targets
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and placements to continuously improve performance
• Track campaign performance using platform analytics and third-party tools; prepare comprehensive weekly/monthly reports
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to align paid campaigns with marketplace promotions, Shopify website updates, and inventory availability
Design Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the design team to develop visually stunning social media assets, infographics, and email templates
• Provide clear creative briefs and content requirements to ensure design deliverables meet marketing objectives
• Coordinate content calendar with design production timelines to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Review and provide feedback on design assets to maintain brand consistency and messaging alignment
Community Management
• Engage with followers across all platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Monitor brand mentions and product reviews across social channels
• Identify and collaborate with potential influencers and brand advocates in the tech space
• Build and nurture relationships with the URTECH community to foster brand loyalty.
Skills
• 3+ years of experience in social media management and content marketing, preferably in technology, consumer electronics, e-commerce, or related industries
• Demonstrated success in growing social media presence and engagement metrics with documented results
• Proven experience managing paid social advertising budgets ($5K–$20K/month) with strong ROAS track record
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling, concise, and on-brand content
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends
• Experience planning and executing successful social media campaigns and paid advertising
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
Working knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar)
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms and understanding of how social integrates with online sales
• Analytical skills to measure and report on content performance across channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in technology or consumer electronics industry with premium brand positioning
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern digital marketing landscape and cultural nuances (GCC markets preferred)
• Experience with content management systems and basic HTML
• Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
• Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Meta Blueprint and/or Google Ads certification.
Portfolio Requirements
Candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating:
• 3 social media campaigns with performance data (engagement rates, reach, follower growth)
• 2 email newsletter samples with open/click rate metrics
• Examples of paid advertising campaigns with ROAS/CPA results
• Writing samples showcasing brand voice development and product-focused content
