Quality Manager

  • Lead and manage all QA and QC activities across the manufacturing site.
  • Build, train, and mentor a high-performing quality team.
  • Develop and implement the overall Quality Strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee internal and external audits; manage audit readiness and closure of findings.
  • Establish and enforce quality policies, procedures, and documentation control systems.
  • Oversee inspection processes for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in measurement and testing methods.
  • Maintain and calibrate testing and inspection equipment.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for internal issues and customer complaints.
  • Monitor key quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, scrap rates, rework, customer returns).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
  • Act as the primary quality point of contact for customers and suppliers.
