Construction Manager

  • Manage daily construction activities across assigned projects.
  • Ensure execution in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with Technical Office, Planning, Procurement, and QS teams.
  • Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when required.
  • Lead site engineers, foremen, and supervisors.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
  • Monitor project costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
  • Review material usage, subcontractor work, and variations.
  • Support budget control and reporting to senior management.
  • Ensure implementation of quality control plans and inspection procedures.
  • Enforce HSE standards and company safety policies on site.
  • Ensure compliance with local construction codes and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress, manpower, and cost reports.
  • Identify risks, constraints, and mitigation actions.
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.
