Role Description • Design and build Large Language Model (LLM) solutions that read and generate text documents such as reports (engineering & non engineering), and emails. Coordinate with the technical departments to deploy the LLM-based solutions in their work processes. Develop tools that help engineers:o Build and maintain clean data pipelines from existing systems (Share Point, servers, engineering tools, and databases) to feed the LLMs.o Work closely with IT to deploy LLM services.o Monitor the performance of the LLM-based tools, collect feedback from users, and improve accuracy and speed over time.o Document all work clearly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, data science, or a closely related field. A degree in other Engineering disciplines (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical …) with strong programming experience can apply.2–5 years of experience in software development, data science, or machine learning. Strong programming skills in Python. Very good English and good communication skills. Experience with at least one deep learning framework (for example, PyTorch or Tensor Flow). Basic understanding of:o Neural networks and training procedures.o Large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
