  • Job Description
    Implement production plans and operational instructions received in the form of engineering drawings quickly and effectively, within the time frame specified, and to the appropriate quality.
    Assesses the efficiency and efficacy of his production team's process. 
    Receiving materials for the production line project from the warehouse in accordance with the engineering drawings and technical requirements, as well as the daily work schedule. 
    Monitors the production phases in compliance with standards. 
    Follow up on technical/production issues during the shift and strive to resolve them. 
    Monitoring the percentage of damaged items in order to preserve manufacturing costs. 
    Directing the work team to keep the machinery running efficiently 
    Commitment to frequent preventative maintenance plans
