Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for glass products (panels, containers, custom solutions).
     
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction through regular field visits, understanding technical needs (e.g., dimensions, strength, quality specs), and proactive relationship building.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prospect potential clients in related industries, prepare compelling proposals, and negotiate contracts aligned with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any client issues efficiently.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to refine strategies and support product development; prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
