Job Details

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding.
  • Performance Management: Implement and maintain performance systems, including goal setting, quarterly reviews, and annual evaluations.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver internal and external development programs, and create individual growth plans.
  • Employee Relations & HR Operations: Oversee HR policies, handle employee inquiries, complaints, contracts, terminations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Support payroll, insurance management, and design competitive compensation and benefits structures in collaboration with finance.
  • Culture & Engagement: Promote company values, organize engagement initiatives, satisfaction surveys, and internal events.
  • HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR systems, generate reports, coordinate with legal and regulatory authorities, and act as a strategic business partner for executives.
