Telesales Executive

Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls to promote and sell production lines.

Provide customers with accurate information regarding specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, quality, and quantities.

Follow up on potential customers, inquiries, and quotations to convert them into actual sales.

Accurately record all customer interactions, sales opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM / ERP system.
