Agricultural Development Project
 

A large-scale agricultural development project, part of a diversified investment group’s agricultural portfolio, is seeking an experienced General Manager & Equity Partner to lead the full establishment, development, and operations of the project from the ground up.

The project is located in West Minya, spanning an area of 600 feddans, and combines agricultural production with hospitality, residential, and recreational components.

Project Scope

• Greenfield agricultural development project (established from scratch)
• Integrated components including:
  • Core agricultural production
  • Hotel and hospitality facilities
  • Residential buildings
  • Landscape design and implementation
  • Swimming pools and recreational areas

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full establishment and development of the project from inception.
• Oversee and manage all operational, agricultural, construction, and hospitality activities.
• Develop and execute the business, operational, and growth strategy of the project.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Build, lead, and develop multi-disciplinary teams across all project components.
• Coordinate with investors, contractors, consultants, and partners.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and sustainable growth.
• Represent the project at the local and international level when required.
