- Develop the annual marketing plan to increase the company's market share in the hotel, tourism village, and hospital sectors.
- Conduct regular comprehensive competitive analysis and evaluate industry trends and pricing.
- Lead high-quality B2B lead generation campaigns across digital and commercial channels.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure qualified leads are delivered, aiming for high conversion rates.
- Create specialized marketing content (technical brochures, case studies of successful projects, product demonstration videos) highlighting the technical specifications and quality of the equipment.
- Manage and activate digital marketing strategies across professional social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness and foster strong B2B relationships.
- Oversee all digital activities (SEO, targeted B2B email marketing).
- Plan and coordinate the company's full participation in specialized industry trade fairs and conferences (locally and regionally).
- Responsible for booth design, logistics management, and pre/post-show marketing activities.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (local and international) for exhibitions and key client meetings.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering (with a strong marketing background), or a related field.Experience from 5 to 8 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a B2B environment or the Industrial/Commercial sector (experience in professional kitchen equipment, or HVAC is a strong plus).Excellent proficiency with digital analytics tools and B2B automation tools.Proven experience in designing and executing exhibition booths and managing trade show logistics.Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Readiness for frequent travel, and strong capability to comprehend and articulate complex technical product details.
