  • Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with Haier standards and local regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) for production lines, machinery, and activities.
  • Ensure machine safety, guarding, and LOTO compliance.\
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support environmental audits and inspections.
  • Conduct regular internal HSE inspections and audits.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans.
  • Ensure contractors comply with Haier HSE requirements.
