This is not a simple website. It is a data-driven, paid membership platform with authentication, Stripe billing, gated dashboards, and future mobile app expansion.

- We are looking for someone who can execute, not “figure out the idea.”
- What You’ll Be Building
- A modern web application (SaaS) with:
- User authentication (passwordless preferred)
- Paid subscriptions (Stripe)
- Gated member dashboard
- Data-driven pages (countries, employers, jobs)
- Admin-friendly content updates
- Clean, scalable architecture that can later support a mobile app
- What We Do NOT Want
- WordPress-only developers
- Wix / no-code solutions
- Agencies that outsource without transparency
- Developers with no Stripe webhook experience

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)You must have prior experience with: SaaS / Membership Platforms Paid subscriptions User access control (free vs paid) Subscription lifecycle (active, canceled, expired) Stripe Payments Stripe Checkout Subscriptions & one-time payments Webhooks (activating/revoking access) Billing portal integration Full-Stack Development Frontend: React / Next.js Backend: API routes / server logic Database: Postgres / Supabase (or equivalent) Auth: Clerk, NextAuth, or Auth0 Database-Driven Applications Designing schemas Managing relational data Filtering, search, pagination Admin-friendly data updatesNice to Have (Strong Plus) Experience building: Job boards Marketplaces Content directories Familiarity with: Analytics (GA, Clarity, etc.) Conversion & retention concepts Mobile-app readiness API-first architecture React Native / Expo experience
