We are seeking a Business Analyst who loves diving into the details. In this role, you will be the primary translator between business stakeholders and the development team. You will be responsible for breaking down high-level business goals into actionable technical requirements and ensuring the final delivery meets our high standards through rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their problems and workflows.

Translate complex insurance logic (rating rules, policy lifecycles, claims workflows) into clear, functional specifications.

Identify edge cases and unhappy paths early in the process to prevent bugs later.

2. Backlog Management

Own the quality of the product backlog. You will write detailed User Stories and robust Acceptance Criteria.

Ensure tickets are "dev-ready" before sprint planning, containing all necessary mockups, logic tables, and validation rules.

Maintain an organized documentation repository for system logic and workflows.

3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Develop comprehensive UAT test plans and test cases based on requirements.

Execute hands-on testing of new features to verify they function as intended before release.

Triage bugs found during testing and work with developers to resolve them.

Coordinate UAT sessions with end-users and obtain formal sign-off.
