  • Develop and implement the export strategy for fruits & vegetables across Europe and USA.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, agents, and key clients in target countries.
  • Manage the full export cycle — from order generation to delivery and after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research to assess demand, pricing, competition, and market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and payment methods with international buyers.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and logistics requirements.
  • Coordinate with production, finance, logistics, and quality departments to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders.
  • Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s products and brand.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly/quarterly export reports.
  • Build and lead an export sales team as business expands in key territories.
