- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase awareness and enrollment for the school.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and SEO/SEM activities.
- Oversee offline marketing efforts such as brochures, flyers, outdoor advertising, and event coordination.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, newsletters, websites, and promotional materials.
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns using marketing analytics tools and generate performance reports.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, operations, creative, and academic teams) to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage communication with external agencies, designers, and suppliers.
- Support school events, open days, and community engagement initiatives through creative promotional strategies.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in an office environment.
