Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tour Operator, based in Haram Street. The Senior Tour Operator will coordinate and manage tailor-made itineraries, handle reservations and bookings, and oversee the organization of guided tours. The role also includes responsibilities in managing client interactions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism operations Strong skills in Customer Service and Reservations management Proficiency in Sales activities related to travel and holiday packages Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet high-quality standards in service delivery Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for travel Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus Familiarity with travel software and booking systems is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
