  • Lead and oversee the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) section to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems, procedures, and programs across the organization.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs to enhance awareness and competency among employees and contractors.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
  • Prepare and present detailed HSE performance reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance and best practice adoption.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture by leading safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage emergency preparedness and response plans, ensuring readiness for potential incidents.
  • Support the integration of sustainability and environmental initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
