We’re looking for a detail-driven Technical Office Engineer to support our projects with accurate drawings, BOQs, technical documents, and coordination between sales, production, and installation teams.

About the Role You will be responsible for preparing shop drawings, technical submittals, material lists, and handling all project documentation to ensure flawless execution from quotation to handover.
Key Responsibilities • Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings. • Review client drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Prepare BOQs, cut lists, and material requisitions. • Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Installation teams. • Provide technical support to sales and site teams. • Track project documentation, approvals, and revisions. • Ensure compliance with standards, safety, and project scope. • Attend site when required for measurements or technical checks.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics Engineering. • 2–5 years of experience in Technical Office or Engineering Department. • Strong proficiency in Auto CAD (2D) – Solid Works is a plus. • Strong understanding of industrial doors, steel fabrication, or similar mechanical systems. • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. • Good communication and coordination abilities.
