VACANCY:
We are recruiting a professional Logistics Specialist to join the Human Resources Team as per the following details:
Designation: Logistics Specialist
Location: Adamco Pharm, 6 October, Giza
Reporting: Logistics Section Head
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving, reviewing, and organizing export/import shipping documents.
Preparing shipment declarations, obtaining, and evaluating freight quotations from forwarders.
Preparing and verifying customs documents and any required paperwork for the client.
Monitoring shipment status and ensuring timely delivery by following up at all stages.
Overseeing the loading process, receiving and inspecting goods, and handing them over to the customs broker for exports.
Coordinating with customs brokers and reviewing and validating customs documents.
Receiving, reviewing, and processing shipping cost invoices and claims from freight forwarders, and following up on their payment.
Providing regular reports and updates on export/import shipments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining a comprehensive archive for all shipments, including electronic copies of all relevant documents.
