  • Process and manage warranty claims for a new Speakers Brand ensuring all documentation aligns with manufacturer-specific guidelines and policies.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in electronic devices mainly Speakers and associated components. Ensure all repairs meet or exceed company and manufacturer quality standards
  • Liaise with supplier to obtain technical information and replacement parts for both warranty and non-warranty repairs.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work orders, test reports, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.
