  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) for large-scale projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and engineering teams to define FF&E requirements and specifications.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance with project standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of procurement contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Monitor and track FF&E procurement schedules, budgets, and delivery timelines to ensure alignment with project milestones.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new products, trends, and potential suppliers.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage the delivery, storage, and installation of FF&E items.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments to senior management.
