Maintenance Manager – Elwaha Pumps (S.A.E.)

Job Description

Elwaha Pumps is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead and supervise all maintenance operations for wells, submersible pumps, surface pumps, and electrical control systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest level of equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and safety across all client sites and workshop operations.

Responsibilities:

Plan, lead, and supervise all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for:

Deep well submersible pumps

Vertical turbine pumps

Surface and booster pumps

Electrical panels, ATS, VFDs (Schneider, ABB, Inomax, etc.)

Diagnose failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.

Manage the maintenance team (technicians, electricians, installers) and assign tasks efficiently.

Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams to prepare maintenance schedules and job orders.

Supervise installation, dismantling, and testing of pumps on-site and in workshop.

Ensure all jobs comply with safety, quality, and client standards.

Maintain documentation of service reports, site visits, maintenance logs, and spare parts usage.

Monitor inventory of spare parts and coordinate requirements with the procurement team.

Provide technical support for major projects and commissioning works.

Train technicians on troubleshooting, installation procedures, and safety protocols.

Improve maintenance procedures to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency.
