  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for solar energy and water well solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including commercial, agricultural, and governmental sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and customer service.

    ● Maintain strong communication with key wholesalers to understand pricing trends, stock levels, and market demand.
    ● Develop negotiation strategies tailored for dealing with traders and wholesale networks to secure competitive pricing.
    ● Conduct regular field visits to wholesale markets to monitor product movement, competition, and market behavior.
    ● Build a structured supplier management system covering evaluation, performance tracking, and contract renewal.
    ● Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure continuous product availability for wholesale clients.
    ● Resolve disputes, supply issues, and commercial challenges with traders and wholesalers promptly and professionally.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Strong experience dealing with wholesale markets, merchants, suppliers, and distributors.Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a Sales Management roleDemonstrated ability to build and manage a solid network of clients in commercial, agricultural, and governmental sectors.Excellent negotiation skills with a strong ability to close high-value deals.Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a sales team.Deep understanding of market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities.Ability to prepare technical proposals and work closely with engineering/technical teams.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), and sales pipeline management tools.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites and wholesale markets as needed.Social and medical insurance provided.Company laptop and mobile line provided.Relocation assistance provided if transferring to another governorate.
