- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the American International School, ensuring alignment with the university’s mission and educational standards.
- Oversee daily school operations, including academic programs, faculty management, student affairs, and administrative functions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor curriculum in accordance with American educational standards and best practices.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that promotes student achievement and well-being.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff, supporting their professional growth and performance.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with students, parents, faculty, and the wider school community.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accreditation requirements and educational regulations.
- Lead school improvement initiatives, including data-driven decision-making and continuous assessment of academic outcomes.
- Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities to optimize operational efficiency and support educational goals.
- Represent the school at university events, community functions, and professional conferences to enhance its reputation and partnerships.
