Position: Office Manager & Personal assistant for Chairman.

 

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Office Manager and Chairman’s Escort to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Chairman. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to support executive operations smoothly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Executive Support: Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, and logistics.
•  Accompany the Chairman to meetings, site visits, events, and official engagements when required.
• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
• Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
• Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and edit reports, correspondence, presentations, and executive documents.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
• Department Coordination: Collaborate with senior management and department heads to ensure smooth business operations.
• Research & Reporting: Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
• Problem-Solving: Address daily operational challenges and provide proactive solutions.
 


Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or a similar administrative role.• MALES ONLY.• Full availability and complete dedication to the role (Full-Time Commitment is required).• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.• Ability to work independently with a proactive, resourceful mindset.• Flexibility to accompany the Chairman during travel, meetings, and external commitments.
