  • Support the development and implementation of OD strategies and initiatives that improve organizational performance and employee engagement.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and team-building activities to develop employee capabilities and enhance collaboration.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support change initiatives by developing and executing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Partner with leaders to manage organizational transitions and build readiness for change.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement talent development, succession planning, and performance management strategies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, employee engagement, and career development.
  • Review and recommend updates to organizational structures, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices in organizational development, learning, and talent management.
  • Partner with external consultants, trainers, and vendors to deliver high-quality OD solutions.
