Job Purpose

Execute disbursement and financial transfer operations for all types of organizational expenditures accurately and in accordance with approved financial policies, in order to ensure spending efficiency, financial discipline, and the sustainability of financing and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all administrative project expenditure disbursement procedures to ensure compliance with the approved funding plans and budgets.
  • Review payment requests and supporting documents to verify their compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Prepare and follow up on payment orders with the relevant departments and Branches to ensure timely disbursement without delays.
  • Record all financial expenditures in the electronic system (Oracle Financials or equivalent) to ensure data accuracy and integration with general accounts.
  • Execute payments to government entities (One-Stop-Shop), as well as internal and external exhibition expenses, to ensure prompt response and procedural transparency.
  • Coordinate with technical departments and regional offices to resolve any financial discrepancies or comments to maintain data accuracy and process integrity.
