Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.3 to 7 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team coordination.Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.Solid understanding of inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes.Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts as required by operational demands.
