- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and technical submittals in alignment with project specifications.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) for architectural works.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and client requirements throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain technical data, samples, and approvals.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Participate in value engineering processes to optimize design and construction solutions.
- Support site teams by providing technical guidance and resolving on-site challenges.
- Review and comment on architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Maintain organized records of all technical office activities, correspondence, and project documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering.3 to 6 years of proven experience in a technical office role within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and materials.Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other architectural design software.Excellent organizational and documentation skills.Ability to interpret and review architectural drawings and specifications.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work full-time, on-site, and under tight deadlines.
