Develop and update welding procedures & specifications (WPS/PQR).
Supervise daily welding activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Provide technical support to welders and resolve welding-related issues.
Inspect welded components, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper selection of welding consumables, tools, and welding techniques.
Support continuous improvement activities across welding and fabrication processes.
Ability to manage and supervise around 70 personnel on the shop floor, while improving their quality, commitment, and skills.
