Personnel Specialist

  • Maintain and update employee files, contracts, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Handle employees’ attendance, absences, leaves, and overtime records accurately.
  • Manage social insurance and labor office processes, including new hires, resignations, and monthly updates.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports (attendance, turnover, etc.) to the HR Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, and internal policies.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate personnel data (leaves, absences, penalties, etc.).
  • Follow up on probation period evaluations, contract renewals, and end-of-service procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requests and documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to personnel issues, policies, or benefits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and records.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in personnel or HR operations.Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance procedures.Familiar with attendance systems and HR documentation processes.Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
