- Supervise daily production operations to achieve targets efficiently.
- Monitor and prioritize production tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
- Develop and maintain (SOPs) to ensure consistent, safe, and high-quality production
- Lead, train, and motivate blue-collar team members.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments.
- Evaluate and improve production processes for better efficiency.
- Maintain smooth material flow and support continuous improvement activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.8 years of experience in production supervision (manufacturing field).Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience managing blue-collar teams.ERP (SAP) knowledge is a plus.Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage industry is must.
