We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting department and financial reporting functions. Key Responsibilities
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting and financial management, with a strong emphasis on leveraging SAP capabilities. Key responsibilities include:
•Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS 1.
•SAP System Management: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module, ensuring optimal system configuration, data integrity, and process efficiency 2.
•General Ledger Oversight: Manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and closed in a timely manner within the SAP environment.
•Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls, specifically utilizing SAP functionalities to automate workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.
•Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
•Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial analysis, variance reporting, and forecasting support to executive management.
•Audit Coordination: Coordinate and manage external audits, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring all required documentation and reports are prepared.

Essential Qualifications•Experience: 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role 3.•Technical Expertise (Mandatory): Extensive, hands-on experience with SAP FICO is required, including proficiency in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA). Experience with S/4HANA is a significant advantage.•Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.•Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).•Skills: Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
