Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-rounded professional with strong experience in Power BI reporting, data extraction from ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PostgreSQL-based),
along with a solid background in IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and user support..
Key Responsibilities
Providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 users
Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
Conduct user training and provide support for Power BI users across departments.
Understanding the overlapping and integrations rules among the various applications& corporate solutions
Integrate third-party applications and APIs where needed.
Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of new features and updates to the D365 Finance module.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 support proven experience is a must.Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300) is a plus.Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCSStrong knowledge of SQL and database managementStrong understanding of IT systems, networks, and application integrations.BI & Reporting Tools: Advanced experience with Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS. Experience with D365 Finance module configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a business environment.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
