✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Active Directory (add users, delete users, reset/change passwords).

- Handle network configurations including VLANs, trunking, link aggregation, and port security.

- Possess knowledge of security cameras and NVR/DVR systems.

- Work with firewalls (Sophos / FortiGate).

- Install hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.

- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on hardware, software, and peripherals based on design and installation specifications.

- Monitor and oversee daily computer system performance.

- Evaluate software and hardware and recommend improvements or upgrades.

- Serve as the first line of support for technical assistance.

- Test, deploy, and train end-users on internally developed software applications.

- Troubleshoot network services, perform data backups, and implement security policies for client terminals.

- Perform basic repairs on copiers and printers.

- Prepare accurate and timely reports.

- Document technical knowledge through notes and manuals.

Skills

????Required Qualifications:

- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- CCNA certification is required.

- MCSA certification is required.

- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience

- Career Level: Entry Level (Junior)

- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
